Probate Resources

Probate is a place, the probate court, and can also be a process—“probating an estate,” for example. In Michigan the probate courts often handle issues surrounding estates and trusts, mental health, some juvenile issues, and also issues regarding appointment of guardians and appointment of conservators or protective orders.
